MESSAGE OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO THE LYBYAN PEOPLE AFTER A DEADLY FLOOD<\/h3>\n


What a tragedy! What a humanitarian and infrastructural destruction in the entire human history with over 11.300 loss of lives and the death toll still on the rise.

Lybia is yet to recover from deadly wars that was characterized by foreign powers invasion to oust former president Gaddafi and the numerous sponsored internal conflicts that have torn the Lybyan country and people apart for a decade and more.

Lybia that is yet to fully recover from wars and internal conflicts, yet another deadly natural disaster has hit the nation due to torrential rain fall that led to a dangerous flooding because two dams got burst claiming the lives of thousands with unaccountable destruction of property

As the Visionary President of Africans for Africa’s liberation organization (AFALO) we send our sincere and deepest condolences to the Prime Minister Mr Abdul Hamid Dbeideh of Libyan Unity government who was put in place during the Libyan Political Dialogue of 5th February 2021. Our sincere condolences also go to the people of Lybia and the bereaved families in particular. We pray and hope for calmness and hope that the international community will respond to the immediate needs of the people with aids of food, clothing, medications and temporary shelters. We congratulate the Red Cross for providing aid so far including five thousand body bags for the corpses that are floating around the banks of the rivers. We pray and hope for a peaceful return to normalcy for the people of Lybia who have become victims of the climate change disaster.
